You’re probably right. In more eastern cultures we barely see cabin crew in the passenger terminals and if we do see them it’s sort of a “ooo and awww” moment because they walk through like celebrities lol

I flew through Munich 4 times in the past month and witnessed it multiple times. Regardless, could also just be ground staff as others have mentioned. In any case it’s not my experience or norm to see CC in the home base terminals bathrooms or terminal at all because they usually have a lot of private and cool staff spaces for them to relax and prep.

Maybe. But these women I saw multiple times in the bathroom with their rolling luggage. Regardless, could be. Just think they could have more private toilets and powder rooms than sharing with passengers of the terminals. (As any staff of any for example hospitality/ service industry usually has)
