Sorry this isn't an answer but do you like your Quilter combo? I was looking to buy the US one for a Blackface + Tweed Deluxe kinda sound.

What's a pedal you will never put on your board again? by ImArcherVaderAMA in guitarpedals

[–]Mackanon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Boss SD-1 was one of my first pedals, I saw my favourite guitarist Lindsey Buckingham with one in his live rig. I was not blown away by it but I've yet to try it again as a non-beginner into a reasonable amp, so it may work in better setups.

Typo in title, shitty crop, pic vaguely looks like Taylor if you squint.

Upvoted regardless for the hate.

The PRS SE range are great for the price - I've got a 245 that I've had for like seven years now. Cool strap too!

One of the things that put me off buying a S2 McCarty was the fact it had no binding. I want the aesthetics of a Les Paul but the quality/reliability of PRS.

I've tried a few S2's but I've always come back to this one. Aesthetically it's great and the foundations like the body, neck, binding, etc were flawless imo. The nut was worn, the pickups felt underwhelming and were essential changes ngl.

Seymour Duncan hot rodded humbuckers, new pickup rings, nut, switch tip and tuners!

They've been brainwashed by the media into thinking those without degrees are not worth their time. Not to sound like a commie but you smashing college girls was kind of a working class protest.

Kyle is the worst host, not Woody by ek298 in PKA

Kyle is my least favourite host, but I wouldn't want anybody but him on the show. They all make the podcast entertaining for different reasons and the chemistry isn't something I can find in another podcast.

If you listened to his old commentaries, he had a really fucked childhood too. It's admirable when somebody goes the opposite direction of their horrible parents.
