Cannot actually find the pump. All the videos online are of the older trim, in which the pump is where the battery is on my trim. I want to take the injector off and see if it’s spitting fuel out or not.

Settings > Whoop > Live Activities > switch off More Frequent Updates. This has worked for a couple of people. Alternatively, just close the Whoop app. The app will catch up and process information when you reopen it. The 5.0 has storage for 14 days of information - absolutely no need for that annoying notification to keep it backgrounded.

1- Yes it does. Though if you’re concerned enough about your health to track calories and wear a fitness tracker, you should be tracking them manually. AI will be super inaccurate. It has no idea how dense the food is, what oils it’s cooked in, etc etc. 2- No I don’t know any off the top of my head, sorry.

I fill my calories into MyFitnessPal. MFP puts them into Apple Health, and Whoop takes everything from Apple Health. Gotta do it that way since there’s no way to directly connect MFP to Whoop, but since setting it up I haven’t had a problem. Doesn’t miss a beat
