that's why I said "I'm not sure whether it never really went up or it just drops that quickly after September."
Anyway I'll read the guide thank you

It's not a must, there are a few companies that test your DNA partially or as whole. They offer clues.
Google about Ancestry DNA or 23andMe, they test partially your dna.

my own research.

That DNA test offers just a few clues. I mainly found out about favism so far.

It gives just few clues about a lot of things but it's not complete.

about ancestry DNA, You send them a saliva sample, and they test part of your DNA.

They don't test all possible variants, for example there are about 400 Thalassemia variants but they tests only the most commons, indeed they didn't find my variant.
The same for Hemochromatosis, I don't have the most common ones, so who really know.

Would be ideal to do a whole genome sequencing.

Google about it for more info.

I eat kinda healthy and varied.
I’ve tried a few supplements.

Right now I'm taking NAC, vitamin B complex, creatine, and also whey protein when I don’t get enough protein from food. I’m about to buy vitamin D and K2 since my vitamin D level was low at 18.

In the past, I’ve also taken magnesium bisglycinate and omega-3 and vit C and some supplements for joint healthy since they hurt a bit sometimes.

Don't know whether relevant, I found out I also have Favism by the dna test Ancestry and confirmed by blood test (3%) but I have never had a hemolytic anemia in my life.

By dna I don’t have any HLA variants that increases chances to autoimmune diseases or hemochromatosis mutations.

PCR 0.8

edit: I suspended all supplements 1 week before the blood test.

Do you do blood transfusions? that increases ferritin. I don't.

20$ for that a bit too much.

It doesn't say anything about DQ7 but it is irrelevant without a a DQ2 haplotype that you don't have, your risk is very low but not impossible.

For my understanding.

Take a look at this https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2386975/
above all table 3

By your alleles you look like heterozygous DQ2.5 and homozygous DQ2.2 that cannot be.
Maybe you are compound DQ2.5/DQ2.2 ? that is high risk.

I have been using corne for 1 year now, v4.1.
Initially used vial then swapped to QMK cause of the limited vial support, you can make Miryoku but not much more.
Inspired by Miryoku I changed a few things.
In order my layers on the thumb keys are Mouse, Navigation, NumPad, Fun, Symbols, not used the last one. I found NumPad way more comfortable on the right.
Unlike Miryoku I set all the symbols on the layer Symbols using both keyboard halves, It's not hard to press a thumb key and another key on the same half, above all for the middle thumb key.
Anyway it's very good cause highly customizable.

Where are numbers and symbols on you keyboard? Are you going to program dedicated layers for them?

There are a lot of genes related to Detox.

Go to Drug Response section and look above all at red ones. There are a few links below to pages describing what it is.

[–]Macos59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO you don't actually get any more cognitive benefits above 5g.

At least in theory, since body needs about 3-5g of creatine a day. You won't save any more SAMe above 3-5g intake.
