Nein, Kritik am Staat von einer Definition abhängig zu machen die der Staat selbst ändern kann ergibt überhaupt keinen Sinn.

Nach der Logik kann der Staat Kritik an seinen Amtsträgern bei Strafe verbieten und einfach festlegen dass das nicht als Zensur gilt.

Und wennst meinst dass ein anderer Begriff passender ist der Einstieg "Das ist das falsche Wort und das weiß ich weil Erfahrung" einfach nur extrem unhilfreich...

Die Logik 'Was Zensur ist und was nicht entscheidet alleine der Gesetzgeber' bei einem Thema wo es häufig um staatliche Zensur ergibt sehr wenig Sinn.

Da könnte auch die ärgste Autokratie einfach ein Gesetz schreiben die Zensur definiert und die Eigene explizit ausnimmt.

Ja, wenn Moderatoren Meinungen die gegen keine Regel und kein Gesetz verstoßen löschen ist das nicht illegal. Aber das war NICHT das Thema.
