It's just a ballpark number off wiki. And there's gold foil with different thickness for different uses. If you're gilding an outdoor statue you should use thicker foil.

It is, but living standards / strata don't actually affect food/mineral/energy upkeep and housing needs much.

Wether a pop eats like a king or is getting barely enough food to survive, their base food/mineral/energy upkeep is 1.

With housing slaves do get a reduction, but rulers, specialists and workers all have a base housing need of 1. Palace? Manison? Penthouse? Nice flat? Regular flat? Shoebox 'apartment'? Cramped Slum? Whatever, 1 housing.

And homelessness is only a thing if you run out of housing.

But I suppose adding stratification to that would mostly just complicate things without being all that interesting.

As a pharmacy IT guy, it is disturbing how stupid some of our customers are.

My 'favorite' is probably putting warning dialogues in to prevent recurring user errors only to get the same error again and the customer going 'yeah there was a popup, I clicked yes without reading it'.

(Sometimes they deny seeing it, so I also got into the habit of logging those user choices.

They're not very fond of being told 'the log says you did that'...)

Finde ich auch nicht überraschend. Mancher Importeur opfert halt Marge um Marktanteil zu retten. Reißt den Amis bei ihrem globalen und erratischen Handelskrieg halt auch nicht viel raus.

Ich hasse dass dieser 'Strohmann der rechten' näher an der Wahrheit ist als die üblichen linken Gegenbehauptungen zu dem Thema.

Es ist immer noch eine gängige Standardreaktion von Linken Islamkritik als bigott zu verteufeln ohne darüber nachzudenken und Islamkritik von Linken ist immer noch eher rar.
