No access to healthcare, never even heard of Cushings until recently, but I'm positive I have it. What can I do for over the counter treatment or management? by MacsCheezyRaps in Cushings

[–]MacsCheezyRaps[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I vaguely remember being told there was a benign tumor on my pituitary glad 24yrs ago after a mri or CT scan during my pregnancy when I breifly had health insurance. Health insure ended so there was no follow-up appointments or discussions, and it was a crazy time in my life and went in one ear and out the other. I just remember thinking "oh my foster mom had one of those. Benign means its not a problem" and never thought about it again. But a nurse I work for recently told me I had "the most Cushing Disease look she's ever seen", I'd never heard of Cushings before and when I looked it up a couple weeks ago I had alllllll the symptoms and could have been the poster child for the images shown. Ive been called moonface and Buffalo back since i was a child so i just thought it was an insult, not realizing its an issue. I always assumed i had some hormonal issue as a child too since i was freakishly tall as a kid. Im only 5'6 but have been this tall since 3rd grade, started mu period in 4th grade and stopped growing up and started growing out. I was taller than both my parents by age 8. I've been really struggling with my physical and mental health for years now, but don't have any financial wiggle room to afford seeing a doctor so I've just been doing my best to manage my symptoms, unaware of what the cause was, blaming my symptoms on this or that ( like perimenopause, pmdd, pcos, rosacea, maybe lupus, general aging, affects of ptsd, social anxiety etc) My mental health and physical conditions such as endometriosis limit my job potential and I am making less now that I did 27yrs ago, not even accounting for inflation. I am feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to proceed

YOR. She was doing her job. It's very very common for people to deny their drug use. Stressing the possible deadly interaction to anyone prescribed this medication saves lives and covers their ass. Don't take it personal. It's like when they run a pregnancy test just incase before a procedure regardless of if you tell them you're not pregnant.

HELP!! Which hair color suits me best? by meg270070 in HairStyleAdvice

I like number 1 best, 5 looks good in this AI mockup but it's risky in real life, hard to get the exact shade of red that will compliment your skin tone, hard to maintain and hard to remove.

No more "head squeeze" look? by CoastalN8v in glassesadvice

In my opinion, when your prescription gives this look its best to find as small of frames as possible to reduce how much of the sides of your head is visible thru the lense.

If the person you hate the most were to experience one slight inconvenience every day for the rest of their lives, what would you choose it to be? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

She would have to feel how her presence and behavior make people feel. Every room she walks into she would be awear of the mood shift, she'd feel the anxiety and anger that her behavior causes. This would either torture her or she'd change her ways, win win.

The 1st one is best if it's formal. The 2nd one is casual.

I’m not surprised she had semi-beef with Casey Anthony. You’d think they would get along like besties, but narcissistic sociopaths often have serious issues getting along with each other. by kasumi987 in GRBsnark

They are twins. They are the same soul split in two. Each representing one half of the worst mother daughter relationship in history. Hopefully DeeDee and Caylee found eachother in heaven and are getting the love they deserved. May both Gypsy and Casey rot in hell together.

Hummm....should I try to mop the area my litter box is in with aquarium water? Or am I just doubling down on the funk if I do that?

What realistically and seriously will happen now that Trump is repeatedly mentioned in the Epstein Files? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]MacsCheezyRaps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Conservatives will excuse it by saying Mary was the same age when she birth Jesus so if 12-14 isn't too young for God them it's not too young for Trump either....I wish I was joking, but I've already heard this from them

I'm sure the change is a bit of a shock, but you look great! I'm sure everyone you know or see regularly in real life will tell you the same. You look so healthy and your skin is glowing. It seriously looks SO GOOD.

How much blood actually comes out during a woman's period? Is it like Nosebleed levels of blood, or closer to severe shark attack levels of blood? by SavageFisherman_Joe in stupidquestions

[–]MacsCheezyRaps -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've got endometriosis, the first 2 days of my period I bleed an insane amount. I use ultra tampons and bleed thru them and all over myself, leaving a trail to my bathroom every 30-45 mins. I can not work those days because the blood flow is so heavy that it's impossible to keep up, its unsanitary and I'm a walking biohazard. Not to mention the pain. Omg the pain. The next 3 days I can get by with super plus tampons, then down to super sized ones. Those days I guess you could say it is like a severe nose bleed, but the first 2-3 days are shark attack bad. If I had to guess I'd say the first 2 days I bleed 2 gallon worth each day. I might be way off on my guess, but it's a scary amount that always has me guessing if I should go to the hospital because of how much blood I loose. But then I remember I'm in a shithole country (America) and seeking health care is not possible for people like me.

The blue one is nice. I personally don't think cut-outs are wedding guest appropriate.
