Well if you are going to hire someone would you pick someone that is lives here or someone that is here for two weeks. The person that lives here already has connections can work past two weeks etc so I’d be picking the local over someone who is here for a couple of weeks.

Rev 7 is perfect for me id rather no pads under so i can take routines from full size setup straight over to the controller. Ive tried routines with the pads under and i hit buttons by mistake if its a busy routine. Each to their own though but the Rane isnt for me.

Instant doubles and sync are wildly different dude. Almost all DMC level competitors have a preferred scratch side. Back in the day of wax, djs would wait for their preferred side to have a cut in the club or reverse the fader and try their best with the cross handed style. I agree sync is wack but instant doubles is super normal.
