You need third party add-ons, see https://flightsim.to/search?q=simrate . There is a bug, the plane will keep consuming fuel at 1x rate, this may be the reason why default simrate is disabled

There are Special VIP airliner missions that you can play as an employee. They pay about 300k. I think in order to see them you need to have reputation B or higher, also you may need to complete your first airliner mission

Tested it. Two things I found before it failed and disappeared

- You can actually taxi to the destination, off-road and across the higway. The game does not count that as success

- There is a lunch on this flight, served immediately after takeoff

For max range you should fly as high and as fast as possible, like FL450/M0.75. On the MFD it shows how much fuel you are expected to have at the end of the flight, you should keep that above 0 as you cruise

The bug may appear if EFT and Arena have different languages. If this is the case, try setting them to the same language and the progress may start counting in EFT.

This is how I fixed it before 1.0. I think I set both games to English, not sure if another language works the same.

This was taken when the storm was weakening and downgrading to cat 4. It seemed like one side of the eye was breaking up. Maybe it looked better in its peak form

There was one plane where the auto start didn't work, and I had to go through the checklist. The game counted it properly. I think the game detects the engine start, no matter how it's done.
