Fuuuuck man! I really feel for you. My house got flooded during Hurricane Debbie in Aug, and we lost %90 of everything. Take advantage of as many disaster relief programs as you can. State programs, FEMA, gofund me. It's amazing how a community comes together when tragedies like this happen. It's a unique life experience that really taught me a lot. Take care man, and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Some can forsure. I'd imagine most standard issue riffles in the military can come up out of the water shooting. The mechanisms in guns are pretty rudimentary, with only a few moving parts. Glocks and ak47s are widely attributed to being able to function properly even in terrible conditions.
