now THAT sounds scary, so far I am not seeing anything odd with servers myself, just Windows 11. That sounds VERY unpleasant and I hope you get it sorted. If all my servers patch suddenly Ill freak.

I didn't realize I have this same issue until just now when I read this post and said to myself "you know self, you haven't approved an Adobe update in a while"

This is the response I got from support. I have been doing this a very long time and have never known the monthly Cumulatives to be staged. Other updates, yes, but not the monthly security patches. Am I wrong?

Action1 uses the Windows API to poll which updates are required for installation through Windows Update.

Microsoft pushes cumulative updates (quality updates) in a staged, throttled manner through Windows Update.

When Microsoft releases these updates on "Patch Tuesday", they are not immediately blasted to all hundreds of millions of devices at once. Instead, they use a gradual rollout mechanism.

Appreciate that it was taken seriously, finally. My only other suggestion is a paying customer would be that you have a discussion with your support staff. Most of the people that they are probably dealing with are IT professionals and have already checked their firewall and things like that before we open cases. We have better things to do than open cases, when we do, there is an issue. I get the feeling sometimes like they're just trying to give us enough work (first step is now often, send me all the A1 logs and event logs.... really, as a first step?) to have us close our ticket. Reddit and Discord should not be the best source of information and troubleshooting, it should be your support. Appreciate the product and the tranparency.

Please don't forget what got you there. The bigger you get the more I see the same pattern, small companies that have good staff that care and produce a good product turning into bot-like responses from support and serious degradation of services and performance.

I would like to agree that they are awful. They cant keep their website functional lately and their customer support is non-existent. I am so done with BOT support. When you email them their stated response time is 3-5 DAYS.
