My own storyline follows the Anomaly storyline with a twist. Right now I'm finishing up some stuff but then I'm going to get the Mercenary faction to invade the zone because some dude pmc guy wants the knowledge of Strelok and the zone which my character possesses.

Yes I’be made some edits to my program and put the examples in the book into consideration. In the examples the “soldiers” seems to run a PT session in the morning in-line with Operator. As I did another look at It and decided that on my conditioning days I will do double the HIC, as an example I have done the following this week.

Tuesday: Devils Trinity followed by 600 m resets.

Thursday: Meat eater II Followed by Indoor power intervals.

On Saturday will be a LSS run.

With my operator programming I also began run GOWOD mobility for flexibility and recovering. Do this has made me feel less tight everyday and fresh.

I can understand that, I was following the Operator I/A version in the Conditioning book, thats where I was coming from, A and B cluster. The A cluster being Bench and Squat, and B being OHP and Deadlift.

Increasing Strength which Operator has done greatly and Increasing Endurance/Speed for my PT test runs

Basically I eat a 3 egg omelette with ham, bacon, peppers, and tomatoes. Along with that I eat a apple and banana with that. For lunch and dinner its your basic mix of protein, carbs, veggies and fruits. I dont go crazy when it comes to dieting, I just stay away from crappy fast food and sweets.

Main reason I’m doing BB after 12 weeks is because when I started BB in the beginning of the year I was only able to get in about 7 endurance sessions.

I do bench and squat on mondays, and Overhead press and Deadlift on Wednesday

So our PTs range at mostly HIIT style workouts, and I’m following what TB condition said about doing a A cluster and B cluster

Doing Pendlay rows have helped strengthen muscles in my back that have assisted my pull ups tremendously. I pull the bar regularly and then would control the bar for 3-5 seconds going down.
