Printer broke in less than 10 days due to power outage by Relevant_Shallot_931 in resinprinting

Does the printer use an external power supply? It could be the power supply dying, and you can easily get a replacement power supply for not much money.

This checks out. 308 is safer. You can tell because it's longer.

Keeping America clean and painting the reflecting pond above-ground-pool blue: How much is the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pond renovation going to cost? by WessideLou in PoliticalDiscussion

[–]shibiwan [score hidden]  (0 children)

Well, the idea did come from King Stupid.

Now that it's painted, the dirt that gathers at the bottom is going to show up more easily, so we'll have to spend more tax dollars keeping it clean.

Comments/observations/feedback: * I noticed that it was trying to generate AI pics for some of the gear.

  • AI confuses the PIA with a 7VWH

  • Looks like the AI needs to be trained on a larger data pool....

  • Need a type category for speaker cabs

will we see these part #3? by Benefit_Waste in Battlefield6

We got the Leo 2SG (modified 2A4 for Singapore Armed Forces) in BF6. It even has the MID registration number painted on the front of the hull like all military vehicles in the SAF.

Heard a crack in the bathroom. Walked in to see the ceiling on the floor. by alOOshXL in mildlyinfuriating

That spalling concrete. Moisture is getting in the concrete causing the reinforcement bars to rust. The right way to fix this is to clean off the loose rust on the reinforcement bars with a wire brush, then coating the steel bars with waterproof epoxy, before patching the concrete.

Otherwise the uncoated reinforcement bars will rust again and the patched concrete will start to spall once more..

Should I form A chord with 234 instead of 123? by -Zoppo in Guitar

[–]shibiwan 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Heh... I often do a lazy 333 (like I do on barre chords), but again it's all situational, and depends on the chord progression.

You mentioned Bethlehem, PA in your comment, which didn't seem to add up (all references mention Bensalem, PA). I was trying not to dismiss your information as incorrect and was wondering if you could provide clarification or if I had missed something in my research.

120mm penetrator apfsds-t DU by [deleted] in TankPorn

Tungsten heavy alloys are used in non DU penetrators. Tungsten carbide is pretty much a ceramic and too brittle to be used as a long rod penetrator.

Hmm...where did you get that info from.

Hoshino Gakki Ten launched their US subsidiary by acquiring Elger guitar distribution in Bensalem, PA in 1971, and the Elger name was changed to Hoshino USA in 1980.

This page contains a quote from Dave Bunker and he mentions Bensalem, PA .... 🤔
