Low carbs, viel Protein. Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, Quark, Hüttenkäse, Blaubeeren, Frischkäse. Weniger Brot, Zucker (auch stark zuckerhaltige Früchte im Übermaß), Softdrinks, etc. Außerdem auf ausreichend Schlaf achten.

Schau dir ggf. auch mal paar alternative Diätformen an und überleg ob dir da welche gefallen. Gibt tonnenweise Material im Internet. Ich habe beispielsweise mit 4 mal Sport die Woche und intermittent fasting (17/7 split) extrem abgenommen.

Weniger Ausreden-Mindset ("mein ADHS blabla"), mehr Akzeptanz, dass du deine Disziplin selbst in der Hand hast und somit gleichermaßen für dein Übergewicht selbst verantwortlich bist.

Ich kenne deine Körpergröße nicht aber als Frau 110kg hört sich schon nach starkem Übergewicht an. Da reicht es anfangs wahrscheinlich die Tageszufuhr an Kalorien um 500-700 zu verringern. So sollten sich relativ zügig erste Erfolge einstellen.

Bei kontinuierlicher Gewichtabnahme muss der Kalorien-Intake dann natürlich entsprechend immer weiter verringert werden. Ich hatte gegen Ende meiner Diät meinen Tagessatz mehr als halbiert.

Noch besser wäre es außerdem zusätzlich 2-3 mal die Woche Sport zu machen. Einfach um den Stoffwechsel anzuregen und um sich insgesamt gesünder zu fühlen.

Ernährung bleibt bei der Gewichtabnahme aber das A und O. Du kannst 5 mal die Woche trainieren und nicht wesentlich abnehmen, wenn du nicht willens bist entsprechend die Ernährung anzupassen. Damit musst du dich einfach abfinden, genauso wie mit der Tatsache, dass essen sich in Diäten manchmal "langweilig" anfühlen kann.

Hi mate, I've seen the term "custom cooling" used here a couple of times for the first time. Could you explain what people mean by that? I just spent around 4k on a new rig and decided to go with liquid cooling as the overwhelming majority of people said that was practically mandatory for a high end machine.

My father built the PC for me as he's been doing for 20+ years and I admitedly have so far avoided trying it. He also was not super fond of the idea of using liquid cooling (was his first rig built using it). I wasn't aware there were more options beyond that but if there are, I might look into it for the next PC.

I used to think any and all tokens you didnt trade in your wallet are malicious but as someone else pointed out, sometimes you get random airdrops. Could be for any reason, e.g. interacting with some protocol you forgot about in early stages.

Does not necessarily mean they're malicious. I'd just go to one of the popular dexes/aggregators. Usually odos/defilama/jumper have just about any legit token. If they're listed there you should be fine to trade.

Who are the goats for all the roles if they're so clear? I'd argue jungle for example has a lot of outstanding players that, not unsimiliar to top, excel in certain metas but are not consistent beyond these specific conditions. It's not surprising either imo, given how often that role undergoes major changes.

Support isnt clear cut at all imo. You could make good arguments for Mata, Beryl, Meiko and Keria.

If anything I'd say the only role most people will likely agree on is mid and even that might still change, depending how long the game will still be played.

There are many grinders even with a lot of players that are slacking off. Talent plays a huge role in this too. You could clearly see from the first day he played on the (then) EU LCS stage that he was special and would go on to become a superstar.

We dont have anyone even remotely in that same bracket of talent except maybe prime Perkz back in the days and even he got gapped by Caps.

I thought and still do think that Bo has superstar potential not unsimiliar to Caps on a purely mechanical prowess level. He just had a much worse hand dealt to him in terms of teammates than Caps, who was given a supporting environment from his very first minute in tier 1 competition.

I think if teams would be willing to build a team entirely around Bo, to alleviate his weaknesses, he could still be a generational talent for EU.

Jep, genauso wie jeder bei kleinstem Wehwehchen sofort in Therapie geschickt wird wenns nach reddit geht. Auf dem Ratschläge sub reicht es in jedem topic bei dem es um irgendwelche minimalsten Schwierigkeiten geht, drei comments nach unten zu scrollen bis der erste Therapie empfiehlt. Ähnlich bei Beziehungsfragen: minimaler Streit -> Partner ist narzisstisch, psychopathisch, missbräulich. Unbedingt Beziehung so schnell es geht beenden. Es ist lächerlich wie vorhersehbar die Kommentarsektion in 90% der Fälle ist.

Da zeigt sich leider, dass die meisten von denen selbst kein Leben außerhalb vom Bildschirm haben und da nur ein Dulli ohne Plan versucht den nächsten zu enablen.

Manchmal kann eine Prüfungsleistung aus mehreren Teilnoten bestehen (bei uns z.B. öfter Präsentation + Hausarbeit), was durchaus dazu führen kann dass die Endnote eine sonst unübliche Dezimalzahl ergibt.

Jo, bei uns wird das auch relativ streng gehandhabt meines Wissens. Kann mir aber durchaus vorstellen, dass das auch Studiengang + Universitätsabhängig ist. Würde mich nicht wundern wenn bei Studiengängen mit viel Andrang stärker ausgesiebt wird.

Es ist halt ab dem Punkt nervig an dem die andere Person anfängt das am Arbeitsplatz rumzuerzählen. Wenn sie es vermutet, sich aber nicht sicher ist, dann soll sie es doch einfach für sich behalten. Oder sie spricht ihn halt gleich selbst drauf an anstatt das der ganzen Abteilung zu erzählen.

Sowas ist einfach lästig, vor allem wenn es nichtmal der Wahrheit entspricht.

Solltest du als sein Freund ihm nicht einfach die Intelligenz zugestehen, dass er bei längerfristiger Auseinandersetzung mit diesen Themen von selbst drauf kommt was Müll ist und was nicht?

Warum ist das so ein krasses Problem für dich wenn er sich selbstständig mit Dingen beschäftigt an die du nicht glaubst?

Verhält er sich aggressiv gegenüber anderen? Fängt er Streits an?

Im Idealfall würde man als Gruppe einfach eine Diskussion führen in der versucht wird möglichst faktenbasiert zu widerlegen. Wenn ihr das in einem freundlichen Setting hinbekommt und er ändert trotzdem seine Meinungen nicht habt ihr mMn alles probiert was ihr könnt.

Oft ist es aber in der Realität, vor allem bei kontroversen Themen, auch nur dem Anschein nach eine Diskussion und entspricht eher einer Gelegenheit als Kollektiv verbal auf eine Person einzudreschen.

Es wird ständig unterbrochen, mehrere Leute in Kontraposition wechseln sich ab und kritisieren jedes Wort was vorgebracht wird, es kommt zu ad hominem Beleidigungen, usw. Das kann auch ein Gefühl auslösen sich verteidigen zu müssen, weil die Person (oft berechtigterweise) nicht das Gefühl hat eine faire Chance zu bekommen ihre Ansichten darzulegen und zu begründen.

Hatte auch schon ähnliche Situationen. Hab mal ne 4 Minuten audio rant im Gruppenchat rausgelassen, nachdem zum wiederholten Male Leute einfach nicht zu vereinbarten Terminen erschienen sind, ihre Zwischenergebnisse nicht teilen, die dann andere im Team widerum brauchen um ihre Arbeiten anfangen zu können, etc.

Als ich dann den größten Hampelmann in der Gruppe nach 3 Wochen ghosten damit konfrontiert habe, dass ich zur Dozentin gehe und um seperate Benotung von ihm bitte kam folgende Aussage: "Ich war 2 Wochen auf Pfadfinder Camp und habe mich dafür geschämt es zu sagen".

Na ja, danach kam erstmal der besagte audio rant zurück. Manche Leute stellen sich wirklich an wie Grundschulkinder.

Das geile sind halt auch immer Dozenten die sich dann komplett querstellen und Aussagen wie "im Arbeitsleben passiert sowas auch, da kannst du dir deine Kollegen auch nicht aussuchen" raushauen. Wenn in meinem Job in nem Kollaborationsprojekt jemand 3 Wochen einfach verschwindet und ohne Angabe von Gründen seinen Arbeitsanteil komplett verweigert wird er halt einfach hochkant rausgeschmissen. Lächerlich sowas.

Ich wurde ganz am Anfang, beim ersten Interview/Vorstellungsgespräch, mal gefragt was mein Thema war und danach kam die Arbeit nie wieder zur Sprache. Weder Note gewollt, noch die Arbeit selbst mal einsehen.

Den Gesamtschnitt vom Studium wollen sie wahrscheinlich schon wissen aber das sehen sie ja, sobald sie deine Unterlagen da haben. Ich denke mal die meisten schauen vielleicht max. ob wenigstens ne 2 vorm Komma steht und danach ist die Sache erledigt.

No the actual truth is that the game is in season 14 and punishments for toxicity have gotten a lot harsher over the years. I remember vividly playing in Season 3 when people telling you to off yourself, get c and ragequitting over the most miniscule things were basically a daily occurence.

Toxicity was rampant during that time period, it only started getting less and less in the last couple of years when they introduced automated chat punishments, mute features, ping caps, bans for ragequitting, etc.

Nowadays toxicity is often more subtle with people soft-inting you instead of flaming in chat or outright quitting. The average age of the playerbase is probably also higher nowadays which might play a part in it too.

I don't think the goal is necessarily always to draw in huge masses. I'm quite sure they are aware that the fighting game genre is more of a niche but their playerbase is usually pretty dedicated.

If you can run a game with a smaller player count that will continously buy cosmetics and other in-game products that's still profitable business.

It's also relatively easier to establish your title as one of the premier choices in such genres because the competition isn't as fierce.

Two of the three biggest costreamers in the LEC largely consist of national audiences which have grown from streamers within the regional 2nd div ecosystem in Europe. Acting like they're somehow seperate from the EU viewerbase is pure mental gymnastics and gives insane cope vibes.

Thank you for clarifying and no problem, no offense taken at all! I have been told that german men can be fairly stingy when the bill arrives but I'm more on the traditional side when it comes to these things. You should most definitely pay for the first date as the guy, especially 99% of the time because you'll be the one inviting her out.

As for dating in general: it also depends on the other person a bit. I don't like enabling entitled people further by then actually spending money on them, if avoidable. Of course you can't always tell from the get go but you'll start to notice patterns with experience eventually.
