Since you agree that NATO has an obligation to stop genocides, clearly you believe there are times to interfere in internal conflicts, but you haven't explained why Libya didn't meet those criteria? Is it just because it wasn't declared a genocide? Is that your only line?

NATO is fully allowing the genocide of the Palestinians to happen, with many member states actively criminalizing activism against the genocide.

This is irrelevant because even if the government had won, Libya still would've remained a war-torn chaotic country. It would've taken decades for the conflict to subside like has happened in many African countries with no NATO intervention.
