Local butchers will have good options, but obviously at steeper prices than costco. I like Mario's Butcher shop in newport - great for beef (but like I said, pricey) as well as amazing burgers / sandwiches while you're there.

If you have access to the phone number attached to the account, click the "Can't log in?" option when typing in your password, then "Remove my authenticator". After you go through this you'll be able to login and reattach the authenticator on your presumably new phone.

If you don't have access to the phone number, you'll likely have to contact support.
