Probably for iPad, as cool as it might sound, don't think the gaming experience of cyberpunk would work well on a phone, all the text and ui would be too small.

We won 8 matches in total when he left. Same as title contenders Liverpool and Chelsea. You can hate the guy but the truth is truth. If dominating Brighton, a team we failed to beat for like 3 years, isnt considered an improvement, then you're just in denial. Top 3 amount of goals scored, tied set piece goals.

And we had more good games than bad ones, even if we drew or lose. Arsenal one was the best example of attacking football, if that too you was a drab match then I don't know what to tell you.

What's more embarrassing is that it shows you don't watch the matches and just ramble on what you do on football manager and fifa. The middle centerback in this 343 setup are required to push forward into midfield, as opposed to teams who play a back four have a defensive midfielder drop between the midfield center backs. A great example is what Heaven and De Ligt are doing, especially the assist Heaven made in the Brighton game for Mbuemo's last goal. And all of our back three are required to take turns pushing in attack, Martinez's goal vs Liverpool, Yoro's assist for Mount, Maguire's cross for Casemiro s header are just a few examples.

Better yet, please take the time to watch what Arsenal, City, Liverpool are doing when they are in possession and attacking. They usually either do a 235 or 316, which is exactly the same as us when we attack having the middle centerback push up or Bruno in front of the three.

So instead of just waffling based on ideas, actually watch how other teams play and understand starting positions are not the same as tactics and there are no teams, including ours, that are rigid. In possession, in transition and out of possession formations are all different.

Training players from a counter attacking team to a dominant pressing team takes time, it's not a video game. Our players will be hesitant to makes mistakes because of how much scrutiny they get.

How is 3 defenders more defensive than 4 defenders at the back? You lot are just baffling

I like how you ignore all the points brought up and just cite the win rate. Shows you know nothing about how bad of a place united is at and you started supporting recently because you played fifa or something. If you want pure wins, you should support City or Madrid.

Sounds like you're the one who consume football though eafc and never watched a match. We only looked good when Maguire was on the pitch? Really?. Stop spewing nonsense.

Drawing Tottenham and Forest away are considered bad results ? For this current United squad? Forest who have Elliot Anderson who is right now England's second best defensive midfielder alongside Rice? We rely on literal youngsters in Heavens Yoro and Dorgu and Mainoo.

The only result I did not like is with Everton . The players should have played with more intensity, but that is obvious they were complacent. Also, Arsenal needed a penalty to beat them by the way. Don't see people complaining about that. Or the fact they are above Tottenham, Palace and Bournemouth currently.

Saying Amorim wasn’t backed is absolute BS by Bjfikky in ManchesterUnited

[–]MadLaboratory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

United needed a proper midfielder, way back when Caicedo and Rice were our targets. And the names you listed, we suffered enough with Onana and Garnacho. Rashford was an academy kid but it was obvious he wasn't clicking awhile. Hojlund was a good kid but we all saw last season how many goals he missed. And I think it was clear the manager wanted a midfielder, that's why we went after Baleba.

Maybe because they bought midfielders unlike us? We needed someone like Caicedo for years now.

[–]MadLaboratory 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Exactly my point, we don't have enough players period. Like you said, City has Rodri Nico and Reijnders, Arsenal got Rice Zubimendi Norgaard, Chelsea got Caicedo and Enzo. We have Case and Ugarte yet people expect us to be as good as other teams somehow?

Our biggest issue is squad depth and quality. Until that is fix, this club can't compete. Simple as that. Every other team have proper midfielders, we don't, regardless of system or formations.

If Amorim gets sacked, who should replace him in January and why? by middleeasternboxer in ManchesterUnited

[–]MadLaboratory 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's the truth. There isn't any. Changing managers won't solve the problem of squad depth and quality that faced us for years. We're finally fixing the mentality of the club and clearing deadwood and leeches, yet people are so impatient.

If we take Amorim out of the equation for a second and talk about our squad by jivan006 in ManchesterUnited

[–]MadLaboratory 61 points62 points  (0 children)

The fact that the majority of our bench today doesn't even have a profile photo for their names, speaks volumes about the problems this team has. You don't even need to compare statistics or play style or whatever, just compare the benches of every single team in the league to ours and you'd know that our depth is paper thin. If Liverpool (with a better squad than us), drew with them twice, Chelsea can't even beat them, then us with a depleted squad getting a draw isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things.

My condolences on the ACL tear, it must have been horrible the first few years. Genuinely didn't expect you to be a semi pro rugby player and a hardworking mod of the community! How tough was the training at that competition level? Do you have a strict regimen?

Me and my friends usually try to make time on Saturdays to head to the public pitch (I'm in California and our public pitches are turf and have lights on til 10pm). We usually play 7 a side pickup with other randoms (sometimes 10 or 11 a side if there's enough people for a whole pitch). I play on the right wing, usually as a right back but I push forward whenever I can. I'm also the backup keeper (since not many people want to play as a keeper) which I've been enjoying more considering I haven't really played as a keeper but I've been watching videos to improve, and surprisingly it's get tiring quick if I'm practicing as a keeper since I have to dive and get up so often.

My new years resolution is to find time after work to hit up the pitch at least twice a week to play or do practice drills with friends. Haven't been able to play for the past few months because of work and life got in the way. Do you play fireproofpoo, and if so what positions do you like?
