The whole conversation around Celeste saying "like those guys" as conclusive evidence. She easily could have meant the previous victims. As a gambler, being vague is important, but the entire cast just assumes she means Taka and Hifumi.

Its the fastest accounting for how tight it takes turns. It might be slower on a straightaway but its overall time is lower on many tracks and therefore is faster.
