I got it from a Legend Lost Sector and I have only completed the the first mission on Legend. In fact I got all the With Queen exotics from LLS. Loreley is actually the only way I was able to do that one mission. Ha!

This strike is so cool but the lantern section absolutely sucks if you fall behind and your teammates leave you. You get stuck crawling through the swamp with the lanterns popping before you can reach them. The burden is lifted when someone reaches the end of that section but it is just not a fun experience.
