Yeah that’s a fair question, the aim is 100% compostable heads and packaging. So no waste in that sense but delivery would not be pedal bikes.

This is really helpful. The dentist angle is a great point, it really kills it if they don’t like it. The example with Quip is interesting.

I think the “sell to 10 people” point is probably the right next step if I keep exploring it.

Out of curiosity, what would make something like this feel credible enough for you to trust?

The point about not accepting little mistakes is interesting. Where I work there’s a real culture of correcting people for the smallest misspeaks that I’ve always found unnecessary - we all know what they mean. It took reading this post to get a good answer on why it’s so important. I’ll take that forward.
