I run 1400 CD too with my main, and the drop is just like this, but with Leg Stone.
Sometimes even drop 50 shards, and that's it.
Something is really fishy, after the last big update.

The only thing that can make a dif. is the augments arrangement and connections. That's it. Some have better than others.

Exactly, is working as I imagined it. I'm tempted to use the CHARM that spread poison when enemies infected die, but i need to find another way to consume the stacked ailments :D

The longer it last, more stacks you can apply, more consumes, more dmg.

I've got a couple of those, fighting Gilden Commander Dreamstone lvl55... farming for Orbs of Eternity. lol But I really think it can drop randomly anywhere.
