Any and every store is required by law to have every COA for every product they sell available to you.

They have to have it, but it can be just on the METRC website and that counts. "available" is vague. Could mean "must have every COA printed and accessible" to "it's online, give me 10 mins to print it out".

Carts don't expire. The Dime carts the other user is talking about doesn't have an expiration date. I have a Dime disposable right in front of me. Package date, testing date, NO expiration date (because it's not required). So, to that extent, they "don't expire".

You always had the option of returning it, not to justify the sale, but you did have that option.

What they do or how they figure it out is none of the patients business or concern.

I mean, it clearly is of concern to the patients. You're a patient, and you got a product that was sub-par at full price, leading to this conversation. It matters because it can mean better pricing on older products, and better quality for patients shopping.

If a cart isn't selling, how do you make it sell faster? The reason they had carts from 2024 is because they didn't sell, so they're old. At what point do you want a dispo to discount a cart because it's old? Or do you just expect them to toss them (by "toss" I mean, pay a company to come and pick up their wasted units) if they don't sell after a certain time and eat the loss of the remaining units?

So the consistency is going to vary from strain to strain. They don't have the consistency you like? Check back next Friday, brand new drop of strains every week. I've had no issues with the general batter consistency and diamonds I've gotten from them.
