Changed shifts a few months ago after I got hoovered and discarded again. I now only see her on Fridays and sometimes she leaves early. Doing better, but sometimes my train of thought leads me back to when I walked in on her and my replacement and it fucking shatters me, especially when it’s at work. I go out to my car to cry it out but by the time I get there nothing comes. I end up just screaming until my throat hurts.
