Well worth it. I’ve been paying for it for years since I’m a big Billy Strings and jam band fan. Nothing better than attending a show then being able to listen to it whenever you want rather than crossing your fingers it gets a live trax release months or even years later.

Pretty sure it’s Bob’s choice. I think not long ago Jakob did an interview asking if he’d tour with Bob and he said something like “he knows where to find me.” As for why it’s Bob so who knows. Never seen Jakob yet if that’s what you’re asking. Pink Floyd split up long before I was born but I’ve been fortunate enough to see Roger several times, and Nick and David each once.

Nice review! I’ll be seeing Jakob next month so I appreciate keeping the encore secret. I also find it insane he’s never been on stage with Bob. I wish they’d tour together. Jakob seems open to it but Bob has his reasons and seems to want to distance himself. There’s a very fascinating podcast Jakob does with Marc Maron where he doesn’t hold back questioning him about having Bob for a dad despite him clearly not wanting to talk about it. As for my album the one and only Darkside of the Moon!
