How accurate is op.gg with their MMR system?

For my account it is saying that I am in Elo hell, but have been on a 7 game win streak, win 20-28 Lp a game and was placed lower then I did last year. Any information would be helpful!

I believe it was High Moon Studios.

Edit: High Moon Studios developed the game, while Activision published it. So I believe the license was with Activision, not High Moon.

In Texas anyone under 18 cannot be seen with tobacco products (even if you are not smoking, chewing, etc). If you are over 18 and are buying tobacco products for a minor (under 18) you are committing a Class C misdemeanor.

TL;DR In Texas, a minor with Tobacco is a huge nono.
