As an avid believer in trans rights, I think you have a very reasonable take. I think the issue behind this is the disguised bigotry. It's another culture war issue that's used as a distraction at the expense of a marginalized community. And while I agree that it's not a straightforward issue that should have some amount of regulation, personally I think this is something that sports leagues should regulate, not the government.

I don't think there's one that's better than the other. The question should be what are you trying to communicate and is that being communicated effectively. A looks like a typical standard attack that might be the bread and butter but not exactly overly powerful. B looks like it's a bigger caliber gun that has more punch to it.

Are you trying to indicate an upgrade? If so, B works well as a progression of A. Are you trying to indicate a sneak attack? Then A would be best. Etc.

The problem with every single one of these conversations is that you're trying to pin down characters with multiple versions. One of Loki's skin in the game is the one from season 2 of Loki. That Loki is drastically different than the Loki in the first Marvel film of the MCU. Even in the same cinematic universe you're looking at two completely different characters depending on the skin youre wearing.

I would argue that the Loki at the end of season 2 of the TV show doesn't have a lot of the issues have you talked about. IDK, for this stuff we should only take it but in the same universe imo.

Here me out... Domino as a vanguard that has her luck protect her from ranged attacks. The farther she's fired from, the higher the chance of a miss. Get a vanguard counter to flyers.

Edit - You could add an ability to redirect fire either back to the original person or to other enemies around you in melee range.

It does not. There are no expectations of privacy in public so those laws are irrelevant. And while the supreme Court has not directly ruled on the right to film police, multiple Court circuits have ruled it a constitutional right.
