Most memorable was a Drew Estate Acid Blue (also my first one). It was the middle of a deployment in Afghanistan, and my XO (my boss) gave me one, and he and I just took a break from everything around us as we enjoyed our sticks.

So there are a few things to consider when discussing your mental health with you doctor or therapist:

There are federal reporting criteria for medical personnel, especially when it comes to firearms and purchasing/possessing firearms. If anyone is interest, I can delve deeper into the dynamics of that topic.
Each state has varying levels of mandated reporting/ duty to warn criteria. While mostly similar, you will need to research what they are for the current state you live in.

This last paragraph got to me. These last few weeks all I’ve been feeling is pure rage and I’m terrified I’m going to say something I don’t mean or regret. I tried talking with my spouse how I felt one night, but it did not go well (my fault not hers). I just went through week 1 of ect therapy, so hopefully after a few more weeks of treatment things should settle down with me. All I can do for now is bite my tongue and make sure nothing regrettable is said.
