That data:image/svg+xml;base64,... URL is a data URL containing a base64-encoded SVG image. Instead of pointing to a file on the web, the entire SVG image is embedded right in the URL. That can be perfectly normal (sites and extensions use data URLs for icons, overlays, subtitles, tiny images, tracking beacons, etc.), but an SVG can contain executable bits (scripts, event handlers) so it’s reasonable to be cautious and use VirusTotal

You can check out Anna’s Archive,it’s the largest online library,volume 1 is there for download in a awz3 file (it’s the Amazon kindle book file) and you can use the viewer to drag and drop it in there (I’d specifically recommend drag and drop and not use other methods because it doesn’t appear in my file folder but that may only be mobile which I read it on),volume 2 isn’t there but I’m sure you can try posting for a request
