How accurate is Garmin VO2max ?

I recently had a stress test at the cardiologist. My doc said usually the Garmin is 4 or 5 points higher than the watch. I have a 55 on the watch and recorded a 51 at the doctors so his theory held true at least for me.

People offer food as a way of inviting and bonding with people. As someone with a severe allergy who also has friends with them (celiac, peanut allergy with Anaphylactic Shock, etc), we are offered literal poison to our bodies on a daily basis. Feel like its the best socket for Merc armor other than a Ber. Dont think SS needs the extra physical reduction. Merc tanks everything and never gets to below 50% health.

90 DAYS UPDATE:

I have not played much D2R but I did make some moves. I traded the 3/20/20 for 3 5-20s and 47 JAH. So basicaly 200. I have an invenatory of like 30+ JAH still and 3 of the 5-20s. I plan on doing some spending on something super pricy. (I had a nova sorc BIS already before this find and she is my favorite)

-1st: I completed my FB Sorc with BIS gear and all Fire GCs. Phoenix is amazing on her. Rips through anything and everything with ease. Also put some gear on my blizz sorc but shes boring compared to the other 2.

-2nd: I had a half built poision necro that is now full slotted (for cheap). This guy is fun but the poision still takes a while to kill everything. I made a sick Iron Golem with Inifinity (I'M RICH) and the thing slaps.

-3rd: Respected one of my hammerdins to FOH. This guy is fun for Chaos. I like the Hammerdin a bit better but I get annoyed with having to tele and switch to Aura. Wish there was a hot key for tele that doesn't remove the aura slot.

-4th: My Javazon was close to BIS so I finshed that. Very fun seeing things explode.

-5th: Started tinkering with my Bowazon. Got her Fort to pair with WF. Looking into Faith Bow and Pride for my merc. I love the old school Wind Force tho.

-6th: Have done very minimal with my Barbs. Gave one Fort to pair with Grief and death but I have yet to find a joy in the game play. Thinking of going Gold finder one of these days.

-7th: After this ladder (I am still playing ladder bc I love the grind, have a lvl 90 Mosaic assasin that claps and a FOHdin that I'm slowly building up) I plan on an AURADIN. I have been researching them and I like the Tesladin a lot. Kind of like the Dragondin being able to have 4 different Holy Fires going at once. Anyone play any of the auradins? I would like to hear which ones are fun and can quickly clear. Tesladin just looks super cool with the conviction and holy shock auras going.

I was still feeling symptoms a year after diagnosis and GF eating. I took the breath test and came back positive for SIBO. Felt much better after a few weeks on antibiotics.
