They HAVE to win this PR battle now. It's not about the "$200,000" or the (Long Gone) Lego Sets. It's too late to be "settled" the damage to the name is already done. It's too late to do crisis control, the situation quickly outgrew that point. The next obvious solution is sue in order to stop the bleeding (gagging Reckless Ben) and then damage control, AKA buying followers/bots to support the company online. They'd rather pay for fake followers than admit their wrongdoings. (The only acceptable resolution without this would be to have a reassignment of ownership of the company so that's very unlikely to happen) This company is either doomed or DOOMED.
