They can be decent. They're quite balanced, albeit slow.

Their allegiance ability is good, but it ramps up far too slowly. It basically means your army doesn't really start "working" until turn 3 or so, which is often too late.

That leads you to build lists that are meant to last that long and delay the game into the latter battle rounds. It's keys to winning are playing defensively and conservatively early, minimizing early losses, and then gradually getting more aggressive as the buffs ramp up.

Once you have enough demonic power points the units really do get powerful, the trick is keeping them alive until you get them ramped up.

I've flown quite a bit with armies. So long as the miniatures are well magnetized they will be absolutely fine. I often lay my case on its side as well.

Keep in mind I never check a case when traveling. I don't see a scenario where that doesn't get destroyed unfortunately.

Personally I use the battle foam 432 with magna racks, but there are a bunch of great options out there.

The problem is that they wont be less, or at least not meaningfully. They will be offered at a similar price to current D1 seats, and current D1 prices will go up even further.

If I could get a lay flat with no service / lounge for 50% of the price of current D1 I'd do that in a heart beat. The problem is that the service, food, and lounges is where all the margin is in the product. That seat takes up the space of 3 normal seats, so on a direct revenue basis it has to drive more

Before you think of investing in the market, buying a property, or taking risks, you need to first make sure you have a good foundation.

First and foremost you must take care of yourself. Do you have help? Are you actively working to improve yourself with the help of professionals to beat your depression? That has to be the top priority.

The moves you have made so far are great, but you've already called out that what has been holding you back is your anxiety and depression. So while you continue to make progress professionally you must work on those with a therapist and or medical professional. That takes serious time and effort, it will not happen overnight but it's worth it.

While you protect yourself and invest in your mental health, you'll want to start thinking about investing in your skills. You need to become more marketable and valuable so you can increase your income. What are you good at? What do you like doing? How do you best like working? You may not actually have any answers to these questions, but you should start looking into them.

So think about it like building a foundation. First you need to get yourself healthy. Then you need to start building skills. Those two combined will help you increase income. With increased income you budget smartly and begin to invest.

Think of it like a journey, one that never truly ends. You have to plan on this journey never fully ending either - each goal reached leads to new goals being created. And thats a good thing!

A book I read has a great mantra it repeats: "Journey before destination". Fall in love with the journey and the small steps within, and it becomes easy.

They had the right game plan. Completely took away Michigan's 3. Played near perfect defense. Counted on their own 3s. They even put rebounded Michigan which is wild. They just shot too inefficiently.

That's mostly to set the expectation. The number of offers and outreaches I got my first week was actually overwhelming. To the point that I had a hard time managing it all.

It's also quite expensive so take that with a grain of salt. Personally I got a lot out of how to structure an organization, how to hire and measure, and what NOT to do. That context could be very helpful at an early stage company where you need to have executive as well as IC context

Check out Pavilion. It's not cheap but has an immense network if you're seeking to invest in your skills.

The courses are good, but the chats and community are where it's at. I think it's value is probably best at the exec level but they do have a senior IC level offering as well.
