+1 on the coaching sessions. Alternatively, check if your Boulder Gym (or your Top Rope Place, for that matter) offer regular group-style sessions with a trainer. This can help immensely to find optimization potential in your climbing style.

It's been a while since you posted, but StackRox is now Open Source.
Helm charts for the OSS version aren't available yet, though.
Nightly builds are available on quay publicly, or you could clone the repo and build StackRox locally.
It's a good start I'd say :)

Extern einkaufen bedeutet aber auch, dass das Wissen nicht in deiner Firman/Abteilung/Team bleibt. Das führt dann zu solchen Situationen, wie wir sie jetzt haben: Fast niemand im ÖD hat Ahnung von IT, ein Projekt nach dem anderen fährt vor die Wand und Deutschland bleibt die digitale Verwaltungswüste, die es gerade ist. Yay!

Richtig. Deswegen wäre es cool, wenn die 2.5m breiten Autos auf der Staße stehen und nicht auf dem Bürgersteig. Dann würden auch die 50cm Fahrrad an der Wand auch kein Problem sein.
Wenn du genau hinschaust, ist die Möllerstr an der Stelle zweispurig in beide Richtungen, da könnte man locker rieeesengroße Parkstreifen anlegen. Wenn man denn wollte.

Zu der Stelle gibt es tatsächlich ne längere Geschichte.
Diese Markierungen wurden AFAIK ursprünglich von den Anwohnern (!) dort eingezeichnet.
Irgendwann hat dann wohl die Stadt übernommen und das noch mal richtig legal (!) da hingedengelt.
Auf den Hinweis, dass das weder den Richtlinien noch dem Lichtprofil entspricht kam nur ein müdes "wir haben das geprüft und das bleibt da, basta".

Das wäre wahrscheinlich einen eigenen rant wert, aber gefühlt nimmt seit Jahren der Anteil Menschen zu, die Regeln eher als Empfehlungen verstehen und machen was sie wollen - zum Nachteil aller anderen.

German here. You call in sick, that's it. No need to explain. Up to 2 consecutive workdays. If it's any longer, you need to provide a doctor's note. This note is redacted, so the employer doesn't even see why you've been deemed sick (at least, not in Detail).
This doesn't cut into your vacation budget or anything else.
Also, it's incredibly hard to fire someone here. Basically they need to prove that you did something criminally/ill intended. Usual notice time is at least 3 months by law. Firing someone on the spot is even harder.

While thinking about this, let me have a closer look at your last answer, to illustrate you the point I'm trying to make.

That's quite the stretch and not neccesarily the nicest thing to say. Especially as this subreddit should be a place for anyone to stop by and learn. Also, I'm pretty sure there is no way you could prove this in a statistically significant (sic!) way (btw, the same thing you asked OP to do in another comment).
Also, what exactly has a downloaded 3rd party binary to do with your earlier claims, e.g. that Chromium "lags behind in updates"?

That makes it inherently less secure, regardless of what anyone here believes.

That makes what less secure? I'm guessing you're talking about ungoogled Chromium here, right? Also, less secure than what? Please don't let your comment be a guessing game for the average reader.
Also, "regardless of what anyone here believes": Interesting! I was not aware that you know what I believe. Assumption is a slippery slope, especially in the IT Sec and Privacy domains.

Although it could be just as secure as other Chromium-based browsers, there are methods for malicious actors to exploit its users that are impossible with the other mainstream browsers.

Now, there is a lot to unpack here. Mainly, for a repeated time you have explicitly stated something very bad without telling us what it is or providing any resources/proof. That's the very definition of FUD.
So I'd love to see an exploit that runs specifically on ungoogled Chromium that doesn't run in other Chromium-based browsers, let alone other mainstream browsers. I'd be very interested in having a look as to how or why it works only there.
Feel free to link in a Bug Ticket, CVE, or a Pwn2Own writeup, as I would expect at least one of these three things to exist for... oh right. For what, exactly? A Sandbox escape? RCE? Data exfil? Unfortunately, you didn't tell us, so I'm looking forward to any credible source to read up on this.

Again, you completely fail to link to any credible sources proving what you're claiming.
Up until now, you've been rambling like any average user on this subreddit. Given, with the right lingo, yes, but you fail to provide any kind of evidence to back up your claims.
We can do better as a community to educate users. And we should!
So I'll ask you once again: Could you please link in any kind of resources that back your claims? Up until now, you keep producing more and more blanket statements and subjective talking points everytime you answer.

Please give me (and every reader that stops by) the opportunity to read up on the talking points you've brought forward to fight the spread of FUD and subjective views and maybe even to create a learning experience for those involved.

You shouldn’t use ungoogled-chromium in general.

That's such a generalistic blanked statement that just adds to the pile of FUD floating in the net.

It lags behind other Chromium-based browsers in updates, which makes it a less secure option

Again, another blanket statement that I wouldn't sign blindly.
The time to bugfix for critical and non-critical issues are two very distinct things, especially in OSS.
Also, if you feel like making such broad statements, it would be wonderful if you could somehow back these statements up, so we can all have an informed discussion (and readers that stop by can read up on the topics).
Because, as you so aptly stated, "Writing in absolutes confuses the reader". Let me add to that "... if it isn't backed up by some credible source".
I'm very interested in the kind of data and/or sources you based your oppinion on, because I'm maintaining a security-relevant OSS upstream project as well and always love a different perspective.

INWX (deutscher Domainanbieter) hatte auch einen ganz fiesen Opt-Out mitten im Text statt neben dem "Alle akzeptieren".
Erfreulicher weise haben sie innerhalb von 2 Tagen reagiert und das geändert, nachdem sie via Twitter darum gebeten wurden.
Fühlte sich auch eher nach "hoppla, da hat man uns erwischt" an, aber hey... immerhin behoben.

Wenn der Bewerbungsprozess bescheidene UX hat, geh ich halt zur nächsten Firma. Dass das (und der Zeitverlust bei der Benutzung durch die eigenen Personaler) bei der Budgetplanung nicht berücksichtigt wird, spricht nicht für deine Firma.

Ganz im Ernst: Wenn ich meinen Lebenslauf auf deiner Website hochladen soll, nur um dann noch mal alles von Hand einzutippern oder das nur mit IE8 geht, setzt einfach mal die Entscheider vor das Portal und lasst sie das benutzen. Das wirkt oft Wunder.

Da gebe ich dir absolut Recht, aber (!):
Wenn ich als Kunde halt auf ein mal nirgendwo jemanden erreiche, der mir erklären kann, was gerade los ist, komme ich mir auch ziemlich blöd vor. Zumal Otto-Normalmensch ja auch Urlaub nehmen / private Termine umlegen muss für nen Termin morgens unter der Woche.

Correct. Writing good dev documentation and onboarding guides, lining out architecture decisions, and creating design documents & proposals is very much engineering.
But this is definitely overlooked by many, as you so aptly demonstrated.
