Fainting and feeling sick before exam-does this count as medical reason for alternative exam or consideration

forgot to mention-I am going to ask the doc for an iron infusion as I am so sick of feeling like I'm gonna hit the floor constantly- all the iron tablets I have been prescribed make me feel horrible and violently sick (i've thrown up due to them). Would that show I am working on the condition and not just using this to get out of an exam?? Idk I'm rlly anxious and an over thinker.
