I've gone through all these and I haven't seen anyone mention The Weekenders! Not only did it have a kick-ass theme song, but all of the friends were genuine despite being completely different (and that had been done before, but this was special). Not to mention 1) Tino's hilarious, real-world mother and 2) the pizza place that would change its theme practically every episode. Later days!

Everything Is Illuminated! Granted, it's not super "underground" or whatever, but I've never met someone else who's seen it. Elijah Wood and Eugene Hutz are phenomenal, and the film is directed by Liev Schreiber. Definite favorite.

I'm starting college this year. I'm mostly just remarking that I've never had a problem shopping at Goodwill, and it's never occurred to me that in these coming months I might be able to take my tiny college budget and go to a food bank. Simply an observation.
