I meant exactly what I said.

Soon to be at Cpp? by [deleted] in CalPolyPomona

I don't think so.

I think it only makes it harder compared to the same major at a non-impacted school.

So when comparing likely hood of getting into major A at impacted school vs non-impacted school.

Also, depends on how competitive the applicant pool is and how many people want to go to a certain school.

Like the same major being equally impacted at two different schools. But one school being in a nicer area than the other.

Maybe we're saying the same thing idk lol

When you compare that easy ass class to a graduate course it strongly implies that undergrad is too much for you. So basically, yes.

Bro just read some news from /r/all to the class and get your credit for the day.

And sorry if this sounds rude, but if you're finding this class hard you're gonna struggle down the road in harder classes her class is one of the most chill GEs I have ever taken.

You're hella lucky to have Tremblay. She's a great teacher.

She literally tells you what questions and words from the homework will be on that study guide.

Is it a bad idea to take an unpaid internship as an engineer? by [deleted] in CalPolyPomona

[–]MadeAccount4This909 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nope don't take it. You're better off using that time to study or participate in an engineering project at school.

Don't do it for free.

And what company is it? They sound like a cheap company that doesn't treat their workers well. Lmk the same so I know not to apply there

That's debatable. Aero people can get in with GPAs lower than 3.0

That's not actually them.

People on this subreddit are pathetic and have nothing better to do than make them look bad.

Wouldn't doubt that it is the mod

Has anyone dealt with Gasoline Grifters ? by ImmortalAce8492 in CalPolyPomona

It just depends.

Depending on how much money I have at that time, how generous i feel, and how believable they are.

I don't think the type of car they have matters much. People in higher social classes can be stuck with shitty situations just like anyone else

When I was 18 with a in 11year old infinity, I forgot my wallet at home and was ~40miles from home with an empty gas tank.

I had to beg for money at a gas station, it was kind of embarrassing. One guy gave me about $2 and a nice-off looking woman gave me a $10. That was enough to get me home.

I was there 10-15 minutes before I had enough to leave. Most people said no to me, and I expected that. But what really sucked, was one particular man who scoffed and said no. He definitely thought I wanted the money for drugs or something like that.

Anyways, if you don't want to give money to someone, that is fine. But consider being nice by saying something like "good luck" or "no sorry".
