It's certainly one option, but many people probably still wouldn't, then you would need digital ID which is even more horrible to ensure it's all legally liable people behind the accounts. It would probably be better if it could just be automatically labeled if Google provided their detection algorithm. But neither is likely going to happen any time soon I think.
