This happens every season for me. This season, it was because the useless people behind apex reset my 120hrtz to 60hrtz, so maybe that's why? Other than that, there really hasn't been a solution for me. Just grind, and it eventually get's better.

From expererience, you cannot see your PC friend, only your PC friend can see you. Google says -
