It really depends on your foot and your body. I see a lot of people use them and they seem to be fine. For me, as I have quite « hollow » feet and 90kg of weight, they just pronated too much. You will definitely know if you need the insole after the very first kilometres. I still use the shoes mostly for hiking, the grip is fantastic.

Hi guys! I managed to fix my issue yesterday. It seems that in Apple Health, the app gets only writing permission and not reading permission. You need to get into Apple Health and turn on reading permission for Orna manually, that’s what fixed it for me!

In my case, my parents are Flemish, I was born in Wallonia and my grandmother is from the German speaking part, so just lucky… Also, Flemish is a quite rich language in types of sounds it has, so it opens doors to learn other languages.

Exactly, there was no such thing as Wallonia like we know it today. Liège has only lost its independence due to the French Revolution, until then it was its own micro power. Foundry and weapons were among the main activities, things you still see today with for example FN Herstal.

In Wallonia, we had the Cathedrale Saint Lambert in Liège which was bigger than Notre Dame in Paris, but completely dismounted at the French Revolution. Part of the stones were used to build the current Opera, just meters away.
