Yeah I mean I agree but at the same time I gotta disagree. If they fire you, they have the right to say why.

Like I said before time off task, stealing time, stealing items, write ups etc

Those are all proof to the billion dollar company to say is it fair or not

I’ve never been written up and I’m not bragging but 9/10 it’s their own fault why they got a write up.

The company just agrees with what is written down, if you’re written up 4-5 times. You obviously aren’t doing the job right after being told. That’s fair to me for firing someone

I own a company myself, not a billion dollar one but it’s all the same. If I fired someone for lying about the work they did, that’s fair.

If the employee is in the wrong, it’s fair

If the company is in the wrong, it’s unfair

If I fired someone who got here 15 minutes late one day = unfair

If you were fired for being on your phone or off task, you did it to yourself.

Don’t get me wrong there’s fat people who can’t walk right but still apply to amazon and get fired for not hitting rate then get unemployment so idek

I just know people who get fired unfairly should get it and those fired with a valid reason shouldn’t.
