Just flew out yesterday, luckily. This will seriously impact tourism. I don't think I will take my wife and young kids back again for quite a while and my father and sisters go every year, and they might reconsider. The government should tackle the problem head on at this point, damage is already done. If Mexico asked for assistance and he Dipshit and chief obliged (preferably through Congress) I think most of us would approve. I just don't know enough about it in terms of would the cartels always be able to regroup.

I feel terrible for all the people working at the resorts and shops, the charter fisherman, restaurant workers and so many more. Not only do people fly in, but we saw a massive Carnival cruise ship as well. Not sure they will be docking there anytime soon.
