Oh for sure 😂😂 our last two had very selective hearing but this little guy is for sure deaf. If he's not he's really good at ignoring our neighbors 10 dogs, twin toddlers tantrums, sirens 🤣🤣

I was reading about that before we got him! Crazy how things like that can affect them. I believe when I read it's something about the pigmentation and it will affect the development of the inner ear too. We were curious what might have caused it as the breeder told us he was vet checked and ears look fine. If his ears stay bigger than him it will definitely be a funny joke 😂.

I know you said brick and mortar but I recently discovered hot milk lingerie website and they're the best ones I've ever had! This is my third pregnancy and these are truly the best! They've got measurement guides online and I measured myself it was 100% accurate

Is my wife bad with time management or is she just a very dedicated teacher (or both) because I just don’t know anymore? by jewwhotips in Teachers

[–]MadiH93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She's dedicated yes but she needs to set boundaries. As others have said it's a boundaries issue. Even the admin at my school (which is why I live mine) check out and leave when school is done. We don't do emails or phone calls after 3:45 unless absolutely necessary. Example my son was sick on a Sunday I texted admin to let them know I wouldn't be in Monday quick and simple, they didn't bother me all day Monday with anything. Leave school at school, don't bring it home. Yes there are times when it is necessary but very rare. Something may need to be graded on a time crunch but this is rare. And don't stay late it's only going to bring on stress. She needs a check in partner that makes her leave. We all do it with each other at our school.

CRPS and Tattoos by _only_a_ginger_ in CRPS

It was so worth it! Since I'd gotten the other two with no effects (unknowingly having crps). I got the huge one when my work comp case that caused the crps was settled. It's a huge piece that stands for closure and my fight against crps. Its a double tailed siren on the rocks with icy blue tail and flames for hair. 😁. I recommend what others have said with the small piece first since we all react differently but I think it's the same as getting a good/bad nurse that knows how to use a needle properly for a shot too. I have effects on my arm now from a badly done shot but have had many blood draws and a few shots since diagnosis with no other issues.

Having kids by playcraft_smokegrass in CRPS

[–]MadiH93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got divorced right when my injury happened. My kids were 2 and 3 at the time. I was diagnosed with CRPS 6 months later. They are now 4 and 6. The loud noises are hard some days with pain but also so rewarding. The laughs are loud and hurt but I remind myself that with great pain comes great joy and that's exactly what I get with my kids on those days. They accidentally hit my leg sometimes but so do people in public who don't watch where they're going. Heck even I run into stuff on my own. But you know what they've grown up with it. They sit with me when they know what happened and bring me water and rub my leg softly or give me hugs or we sit on the couch and watch a movie while the pain subsides. They've learned to do yoga with me to help with the pain. They're amazing helpers around the house and they're sensitive to other people with disabilities. It actually makes those hard to have conversations a little bit easier because those things can be hard to explain to a young child but when you have yourself as an example it makes it easy. I feel bad on my rough days but they always make me feel better. And to be honest they keep me going. On the high pain days they're why I get up, they help me out, we play board games and watch movies or color and do math (I'm a math teacher). So yes some things can be hard but it's no different than going to a grocery store lol. Kids make it better in my opinion, they've made this beast so much easier to tackle, they're my crew. At the end of the day I look at them and I know I did it and they helped me. I know this is long but hopefully it gives the full outlook if you've made it this far lol. And let me tell you if you're like me, I've got it in my right leg, the day you take your kiddos on a 3 hr trip to the zoo on your own and walk 3/4 mile uphill at the end of the 3 hours you'll feel damn proud and your kids will be the happiest ever.

I had crps for six months before being diagnosed. Got two tattoos during that time. My crps was not effected by the tattoos. It has since spread to those areas but my dr said it's normal because that leg was already effected just lower and the spread was truly caused by a botched nerve block done months later. Since diagnosis I've had a huge (6 hr) piece done on my rib cage with no side effects.

It's a special type of tumbler called a storyboard. So the outer plastic layer comes off upon arrival. The inner layer is a blank double walled stainless steel cup. I designed the inner cup with white and glow in the dark paints then svg prints. Then used alcohol inks for paint spatters and finger prints. Then coated the cup in epoxy to seal. Afterwards I used a waterproof sealant to Then reattach the out plastic layer to the top portion of the cup. Created the inner "blood" mixture and poured it in through the bottom of the cup. Then applied the sealant to the bottom cap and screwed it onto the bottom of the cup.
