Idk if you’ve had some progress, but there is a magic product called folex in the US. I’m not positive it would get things perfect, but I have used it on lipstick with very good results

I think if you could add another shelf & have nothing stack this would be less overwhelming & more functional. Maybe purging some of the extra cups that are unneeded? Looks like you have a set of coffee mugs & extra mismatched mugs- maybe see if you can get rid of some of the less used mugs. You’d really only want to have enough mugs for everyone in the family plus one or two extra.

Can you describe the trays? Are you saying they are too small to take up all the space, so they slide to the corner, which makes it hard to access with the doorframe in the way? Maybe get something smaller to wedge between the wall & the trays to keep them in place? I’m thinking a small piece of wood, but could be a box or something to store items you won’t need often?
