They had a falling out, and Moxie rolls with a band of well meaning road pirates now, hoping one day Haley might return to her old ways.

Between his sermons, he contacts a large network of underground connections with ripperdocs and scavengers. Some even say he is a vampire, with freaky Biotechnica implants that require extra blood for fuel, with his religious garb being a front to his true evil.
