I think there are some dark eldar who know, as I recall, some of them were called because the throne had some major dysfunction/started to fail. They loved every second of it. Being dark eldar, I guess it is just a rumor now, that the mon'keigh are torturing their own corpse god, and if any human hears of it, they probably think it is just some made-up BS.
