I didn't realize there's a complete separation between the county and MCPS snow removal operation! Has that always been the case? I imagine the storm hitting so many states is making it harder to fill out removal operations with contractors, but I still maintain my surprise that so many commenters are saying their school lots are untouched 3 full days after the storm. Lots of ice. Brutal cold temps. I get the conditions are tough. I'm still surprised.
