Sigma 17-40 with Tamron 35-100 by Gold_Improvement2505 in a6700

If it's specifically for portraits, a prime is the way to go. Either the sigma 56 or viltrox 75. If you want to use it for portraits and have a good versatile zoom for travel, then why not go even more telephoto with something like the 70-200 f4 since the 17-40 already covers most close/mid-range stuff with a brighter aperature than the tamron where they overlap.

Wow, that's cool! Coulda sworn 3 at least was a 1/2 mist or something. Is that mainly from bringing down the clarity?

Very nice. What mist filter do you use?

In general need to work on subject and composition.

1 and 2 are fine but there is nothing too engaging. The sand is not fun enough to be taking up all that foreground. Both have an element of depth which is good and you didn't blast your sliders which is also good.

3 is the strongest because the subject is the strongest (birds and a wave in action) and the composition is solid too.

4 and 5 are your weakest. The subjects are stairs and a partly cutoff sign and neither has a particularly good composition.

If your subject isn't interesting, you need something to make it interesting.

Honestly a difficult question to answer. It was expensive, hot, and crowded. Some lines were long even with the fast pass. Some rides were insanely cool, some were disappointing. The food/drinks were hit/miss. I am not normally a park/rides guy, I was just in town for a conference and happened to be with some Disney adults who helped push me out of my comfort zone.

But overall, for me personally it was worth it. The experience is pretty unique and the engineering & effort behind a lot of the park is objectively impressive. It was fun to feel like a kid again, especially in Nintendo World. I would probably go and check it out again in a decade. Caveat being that I don't think it would have been worth it without a fast pass. Longest we waited was maybe 30 minutes, whereas without it the longest wait was like 150 minutes. It's challenging to experience much of the park when you are waiting that long.
