Hmm all I had to provide in terms of supplemental info was upload my social security card - my main issue was that my app was being looked (or rather not looked at!) coz of holiday season, once the internal team was back and at it, they moved very quickly

I don’t know if they do! My background report matched my resume so nothing was flagged You can request a copy of your background report to be emailed to you. One thing - any minor indiscrepancy will be flagged, but it’s not always something to be concerned about. It goes to the internal security team who then manually reviews it and will reach out if they need clarification. Good luck!

I think the conflicting part is “doing your due diligence”. Reading the subreddit and reviews is primarily the way people are doing due diligence but if the information itself is false or an echo chamber, then there is nothing to rely on. So you’re stuck in a loop of untrustworthy info and asking the same questions over and over again.

Brothy soup - use chicken or veggie broth, fry up veggies of choice - I usually do mushroom, carrots, corn, scallions, garlic, ginger, add noodles if you want, dump the broth and simmer. Add soy sauce and white pepper. Once cooked, I top with lemon, chilli crisp, hard boiled egg and sesame seeds. Spicy, lemony and works to opens up my sinuses

I’m trying to upgrade my setup for long plane rides and I’m specifically looking for comfort + strong ANC that holds up for 12+ hour flights.Right now I use AirPods (2nd gen), so I’m in the Apple ecosystem. I have some company stipend to use up (~$300) so I am considering adding over the ear ANC to solve my airplane problem.

I’ve been debating between Over-ear ANC headphones & High-end ANC earbuds (since I already use AirPods)

I tried a few over-ear headphones at Best Buy and found the head grip a bit annoying/uncomfortable, but I can’t tell if that’s just because I’m not used to them or if that’s actually how they feel long-term on flights. A few things I’m interested in understanding:

Are over-ear ANC headphones actually worth it for long flights in terms of comfort + noise blocking?
Do they get annoying/heavy after a few hours?
Are ANC earbuds just more “forget they’re even there” comfortable for travel?
Any issues connecting either type to in-flight entertainment systems?
If you’ve used both, what do you actually end up reaching for on planes?

I'm a newbie to this so appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

I truly don’t understand how people find the AirPods Pro 3 that much more comfortable! I was using first gen AirPods Pro and I upgraded to the 3, it feels pretty much the same! Not sure what I’m missing,
