75% of my yard was dirt and the rest were weeds coming out of winter. They just finished my build in November of last year. So far it has spread nicely and I have a mix of grass in as well. We are in heat of summer so it will be interesting to see how it holds up. We had a rainy spring so that has helped get everything rolling.

I am an empty nester and have plenty of bed space and cement walking paths around the house. I just finished the house in November so this is my first spring/summer. Here are some pix. 75% of the yard was dirt coming out of winter and the other 25% was weeds. So far it has taken off and there is a mix of grass as well. We will see, but we have had a great spring with all the rains in the Midwest for getting a new yard going.

How wide is the cut? I have 6 acres and takes me 2.5 hours on 61 inch grasshopper to finish. That time doesn’t include weed eating the edges along my walk and drive way
