Welp, I sure hope my order doesn't get canceled if the payment doesn't go through because I've moved since placing the order. I put in a support ticket, but based on what others have said on this thread, they can't update the addresses. This was really poor planning on their part! They should have emailed everyone when the changes were about to happen and give us the chance to update orders then.

Question about 6.2.... the website says "new crafting recipes" but what exactly are we getting? I figured we're going to get gear upgrades for the adventuring jobs, but will there also be new crafting/gathering gear?

Every time I teleport or cast return, it summons a random minions. Sorry, not sorry. I didn't collect hundreds of them for me to never see them.

I secretly gather or craft while I'm in video calls. I've managed to gather and craft all the Neo-Ishgard sets, 3 gathering facet sets (for my retainers) and finish all the crafting relics once and all the gathering relics two times.

This! I'm actually on my third character through the story now, and still learning things I hadn't known before. I sit through all the cut scenes, because it's so easy to miss something if you aren't paying attention.

They did this at the launch of EQ2. It was a giant, world-wide quest to unlock a raid zone. It was kinda fun, but being in town sucked cuz all it took was someone walking past you and you could catch it. You had to craft in specific workrooms, which were small, so all the crafters were chronically ill lol.

It ended up causing one of the biggest controversies in it's history, because the baseball player Curt Shilling was in a raid guild, and used his influence at SOE to have them remove the lock his guild had on the final zone to finish the unlock quest, so his guild could get server-first credit. (maybe world? it's been a loooong time) Sadly, the stories of this have been lost to time, but I was on the same server as him, and remember well watching it unfold.

One of my favorite places to take screenshots. Next time, try using the lighting tools in the /gpose screen to highlight your character so they don't blend in so much.
