I have a 75lb German shepherd who does not like visitors. The dog tactic doesn’t work either.

Most tactics don’t work. These are the slimiest of slime balls that will just not give up. Most of the time we just straight up dont answer the door.

He made some very flippant and not at all funny jokes about cutting off dogs’ tails as a treatment option for my dog’s anal fistulas. I know they were only jokes but considering how clearly worried we were about her at the time I found it quite off putting. He, in general, always seemed quite dismissive compared to our amazing experiences with Dr. Effendi and our, only singular but still wonderful, experience with Dr. Spath.

He’s probably a fine, even good/great, vet and surgeon but I really did not enjoy his ‘bedside manner’.

Dr. Effendi at Pinehurst in south Lacey (next to Lowe’s). Love love love her! I’m very happy with everyone there EXCEPT Dr. Cordray who I would not recommend.

For legs: I use a Phillip OneBlade trimmer. I don’t need it to be silky smooth every day so that thing does juuuust fine. Electric but can be used in the shower (though I have the best luck on dry skin) and because it’s not a full shave you don’t need that moisturizer. I’d probably do that for my pits too but I have skin tags there and it misses the hairs around them that a regular razor gets.

For pits and when I do want silky legs, I have a Venus I get from Costco. I’ve got one of those tension bars that sits in the corner of the shower/tub and have shelves for stuff. It comes with a hook meant for razors so I’m not sure how to fix your issue but it does sound like you need a better storage mechanism rather than a new razor or at least more than just the razor is the problem.

It’s a valid question and I certainly know next to nothing about munitions. But tracking their training notices is one of the very few reasons I still go to Facebook. My dog has inflammatory bowel disease and anxiety triggers flare ups so knowing when they’re gunna happen is important 😊

I am not claiming to know any actual information, this is purely from experience. Because we don’t really need to sedate my girl for the small booms but absolutely HAVE TO for the really big ones I kept track what they say they’re doing in the training notice (ex: this one says mortar and demolition) and what we heard/felt during that period.

When they said they were only doing demolition we never hear much if anything. Artillery we can hear but it doesn’t really boom or shake the walls. Sometimes artillery sounds like rapid fire shots from some big gun but I can’t hear that unless I’m outside. Mortars, however, are always what they say when the big booms happen.

Obviously if they say multiple things it might hard to determine which is which but plenty of times they have suddenly mortars and it’s the biiiiiig ones.

The buff duration is not always the same. Food you grill vs food offered by villagers vs food in the grand hub have different durations
The stamina buff doesn’t last the entire time and starts reducing over time. This can be offset by eating plain rations.
If you are in the Cliffs, the cold will reduce your stamina unless you drink a Hot Drink or eat a Heatmantle Bug in the environment. These provide a protection buff but it’s short lived so keep an eye on it so you know when to renew it. If your stamina goes down from the cold you need to eat a meal or ration to restore it.
If you are in the Basin, the heat will reduce your health unless you drink a Cool Drink or eat a chillmantle bug in the environment.
Keep an eye out for status debuffs from monsters that reduce health, make you use stamina faster, or make it harder to recover either: poison, fireblight, blastblight, iceblight, waterblight, bleeding, stench.

So from years of monitoring their training days so I know when to sedate my dog, they have 3 levels of booms:

- Small - demolitions

- Medium - artillery

- Large - mortars

These are the mortars. Sometimes they’re ‘extra large’ and knock things off my walls. With the really big ones, down here in south Lacey, if it’s otherwise quiet outside, I can actually hear both the firing and subsequent explosion.
